| one of the best veggie places around; friendly and comfortable and even the most hardened, died in the flesh meat-eaters wont be disappointed. the food is mainly organic and lovely. a nice place to go. |

| We were recommended to go there when in the area by a friend - we all live in Staffordshire so not exactly "round the corner", but after searching a wet Totnes, we were very happy with the food & drink. My wife is an allergy therapist and rated their choice as excellent (not just wheat and cheese), and I know my organic drinks, which they have a good selection of (not cheap but the best there is). Highly recommended to all, and child freindly to boot. A breath of fresh air for those of us fed up with grubby, smokey pubs who barely tolerate children and whose food has no soul. |

| Ive just eaten in the willow...wow , fantastic food and to think it's organic...wicked! I think it's the best Organic place in Totnes. I also love the local art and Photography that is Displayed on the walls. The Chalice Collection of Photographs by Simon Morris...now then...Outstanding, I look forward to seeing more of his work in the future |

| We were only in Totnes for one evening but on the recommendation of my friend Ian who had been there once before for lunch we tried it Saturday evening. We had not booked which in hindsight was a mistake as it was half-term and nearly Halloween. We shared a long table with other diners after being told they were full. Glad we stayed as the meal was very good. We ordered a starter each, various dips with pitta bread and olives with bread. I had a glass of organic house red and Ian had apple juice. We then had blue cheese back with filo and a vegetable medley with salads. The cost of eating in the evening is almost the same as lunchtime. I managed to find room for some homemade pecan pie with ice cream. Service was good and even if they forgot something the staff were very good natured. Our bill without service was only £29. We were on a budget as it happened so it was good news. Our impression is that Totnes has plenty of good places to eat but many are at the higher end of the scale charging £25 or more for a meal without drink. There are also relatively few purely vegetarian restaurants around these days. We will definitely return there some time. |

| Sorry to be the odd one out I was not impressed. The place needed a good scrub. The food was mediocre. Come down to Cornwall where you can find excellent vegetarian and vegan food in clean comfortable surroundings. |
